Michael Barrow

Group Head of Development Operations

Michael Barrow has more than 35 years experience in major property and infrastructure development in ASX companies both in Australia and internationally. He possesses critical skills across a range of disciplines including commercial transactions, major development delivery, and technical engineering expertise.  He has successfully grown property project teams into diverse, financially independent business units with multi-billion dollar asset portfolios.

Michael’s point of difference is the skill to unpack and restructure underperforming property assets into high-return opportunities to increase asset value and provide clients with the pathway to accelerate growth.  He has proven expertise in delivering on complex and challenging opportunities with multiple active stakeholders to navigate planning pathways; create new and sustainable revenue streams; build a team of subject-matter experts, and manage costs to take significant projects to their end-state.

Most recently Michael led the Qube Property division’s Moorebank Logistics Park development from the planning stages to the creation of a $2b project with an additional 20% value projection upon completion in 2025.

Michael’s career spans director-level and senior executive roles with Qube Holdings, Advisian (formerly Evans & Peck), VALAD Property Group and Australand (now Frasers Property).

Dan Blyde

Director, Investor and Government Relations

Dan Blyde is a senior executive with more than 20 years experience advising Boards and senior executives of major companies in Australia to successfully deliver projects and manage challenging issues.

Dan was most recently the Senior Advisor Corporate Affairs for Qube Holdings where, over a 10-year period, he was responsible for government relations and stakeholder management to support the successful delivery of the Moorebank Logistics Park.

He has extensive experience across a range of specialist areas including property & infrastructure development, investor relations, M&As, community engagement, workplace relations, crisis management, and litigation support.

Dan began his career as a journalist, working for 19 years including a decade with the Nine Network as European Correspondent and NSW Political Correspondent.

In 2002, Dan was engaged as Media Director for the Deputy Premier of NSW & Minister for Planning before advising on the 2003 State election campaign. Dan later served as Chief of Media & Communications in NSW’s largest agency, the Dept of Education & Training, before entering private practice.

Dan delivers our clients a unique and broad range of expertise. His strong relationships across all levels of government, agencies, media and key industry players enables him to navigate the complex pathways for clients to achieve improved outcomes from government and regulatory processes and deliver on their commercial objectives.
